Thinking about the days when i was a teenager, when day use to start at 5 AM in the morning and use to end at 8 PM at night. Coaching, School, Extra Curricular Activities, Studies and what not. I had stress then too, exams, competitive exams , scores in academics, peer pressure and what not. Being adults we say teenage was best but the question is did we have any less challenges as teenagers? “I dont think so”. We were rather more prone to challenges and accepted it moreover we took out time for leisure too. We become adults and then a 9 hour job makes us want to say we are busy and cannot do anything practically. I dont think we get busy, we change our approach and stress too much to do anything else.
I will change my approach, Will you?
